ほとんどの不動産屋、家主は最低でも６～１２ヶ月契約、更に就業状況や給料額、賃貸歴や貯金額の提示を要求、その上で審査されます。ワーホリなどで限られた期間のビザ所持者には、ほぼ不可能なことですよね(汗)

できるだけシティ近くで、安い部屋を。。。なんて考えてると、同居人が多かったり、ルームシェアになったり。。。泣

そこで、当方がお世話をするのは。。。

☆住みたい物件探しのお手伝い
☆家主や不動産屋との交渉の仲介（契約期間や賃貸料、内容など）
☆契約内容の説明
☆契約期間終了時のボンド返済手続きのお手伝い

契約が完了した際に報奨金を少し頂ますが、もちろん納得いく部屋が見つからなかった場合は支払い不要です！！

Many crowded sharerooms and rental apartments in Melbourne are actually illegal. If you are looking for a legal, comfortable room for yourself, let me help you out.

Most landlords and agents will require you to sign a contract for 6~12 months. They would also require you to provide information on your current job, salary, rent history and bank account information. For Japanese who just arrived in Melbourne, this might be difficult.

Let me help you out:

- I'll help you search for the right room
- I'll speak to the landlord / agent on your behalf
- I'll explain the contract terms to you
- I'll help you in the process of getting the bond back at the end of your lease.
- I'll help you negotiate the lease terms with the landlord.

If you are successful in signing a lease, I'll collect a small fee from you. If you can't get a room, you don't have to pay me.
